We are embarking upon an exciting project for our congregation:  With the help of Peg Finkelstein and Barbara Robinson from the Temple Emanuel Archives, work has begun on the Ahavas Israel Archives.  The project is initially funded by Mort and Peg Finkelstein.  Contributions to the Mort and Peg Finklestein Archive fund will provide continued support.  At present, we are working at the synagogue each Thursday morning from 10AM until noon.  If you are interested in being a part of this important project, please contact Toby Weiner Dolinka at 949-6528.

 

Right now, we are going through papers on site.  Later, we will be accepting other materials.  So if you have items that may be archival, hang on to them until we can accommodate them in the Archives.
